Sign up at the tenant portal. You start on the free tier (ongoing — not a trial). Upgrade when your fleet needs more capacity.

The tenant portal is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. This website is in English.

Step 2 — Explore the portal

After sign-in, use the in-portal manual for account setup, networks, VMGateClient install, routing, and billing. Start with account & subscription, then networks & ingress, then VMGateClient onboarding.

Step 3 — Onboard devices

Each VMGateClient phone uses the VMGateClient app (multi-profile — several VMGate networks per handset), the VMGate USB audio dongle, and Dongle management for on-phone firmware flash. Follow the portal onboarding flow — different from VMGate Classic rooting and Magisk.

After join, use Profiles in the app to add or switch networks on the same phone. See VMGateClient features for profiles, IVR, language, OTA, and phone requirements.
